Refund Policy
Short version: If RhetorX isn't working for you within your first 14 days, email us and we'll refund your first payment — no back-and-forth required. After that window, subscriptions can be canceled anytime to stop future billing, but past charges aren't refunded.
New subscribers — 14-day guarantee
If you're within 14 days of your first payment (monthly or annual) and RhetorX isn't a good fit, email hello@rhetorx.ai and we'll issue a full refund of that payment. We may ask what didn't work, but only so we can improve — not as a condition of the refund.
Renewals
Recurring renewal charges (your second month, second year, etc.) are not eligible for refund, but you can cancel anytime before a renewal date to stop future charges. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you'll keep access until then.
Annual plans
The 14-day guarantee above applies the same way to annual subscriptions as to monthly ones. Outside that window, annual plans are not prorated or partially refunded for unused months.

You can cancel directly through the Lemon Squeezy customer portal (link also in your welcome email), or by emailing hello@rhetorx.ai and we'll take care of it.
